- 1 Cup Natural Hemp Hearts
- 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
- 4 Medium Vine Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seed Oil, or Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Finely chop parsley and mint leaves.
- Dice cucumber, tomato and onion.
- Mix lemon juice, salt, oil, parsley, mint, hemp hearts and add diced vegetables
- Refridgerate and serve!
