shipping policy

we offer free standard shipping across Canada on orders of $99 or more.

• certain items are not eligible for Free Shipping based on their size. Items that are not eligible for Free Shipping will be noted on item pages.

we use Canada Post to deliver in Canada, the USA, and internationally. courier does not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address. in case of problem or delay, please contact the courier directly, as per the indication we supply upon delivery. if you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
